Yes she does, her hair is strategically placed over where they exist. So far The Lady and the Desire Demon are top runners in the Miss Nude Adversary competition. My first picks for the tool set Wynne gets a makeover.

No, she doesn't. As a female I can attest to this. Her hair stops just short of where her nipples should be. They should have made her hair longer, or put nipples.
