Ok al dlc's down but i cant use them as it says im havent bought them...but ffs i bought them on the same acount just on my old pc...how do i get them back so i can use the dlc's i bought
OK starting to get relly mad now

You should just have to login with the same account information that you bought the dlc with. Did you let the game redownload the dlc after you logged in, or did you download them some other way?

I used the same acount info as i always did...and this is a fresh install so i had to download all the dlc agein

Hmm..I think I know what's the problem. Go to ''Downloaded Content'', then uncheck all dlc's. Afterwards start your game and hit ''Force Load''. Right after you should make a new quick save (once you have disabled the dlc's), then quit the game. Reenable them and load the quick save you previously made. All of the dlc's shall be available.
Now if that doesn't work, try re-redeeming the codes as I said before.

its enabled now but not as online need to be offline from biowears acount ingame

Make sure the Dragon Age Origins Content Update service is running. Try manually starting it before you start the game and see if that fixes things.
1.) Press the windows key + R (or click Start and then RUN) and type in services.msc and press ENTER
2.) Locate the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Update in the list of services.
3.) Right click it and select START
