After winning all the battle in the Proving I go to talk to the Proving Master but it won't let me, he only says something without going into the speech options.. and tha't it.

The quest says it is completed and i failed it because i didn't fight in Harrowmonts name.. but on the map when you highlight your mouse over his name it still says "The Lords Quest" or whatever..

Any ideas of what's gonig on?

If you register your game you can post in the Quests forum which allows spoilers. You could also go to the wiki and search for the quest name.

After winning the tournament go meet Dulin in the back of Tapster's Tavern...
