Am I missing something or after the initial wave of undead and I go down to the village to help it seems the waves pretty much are unlimited. I must have survived 4 waves of 2:1 odds in my best attempt and still more waves came. By the 4th wave my party had no more healing items left so... Clearly theres something I am missing to do. I thought running past the main battle and fighting on the docks the source of the spawns would be helpful but not so much. Just prolonged the same result.
Any help appreciated.

Found the solution. After reading all the other topics I change the difficulty to easy and boom after 2 waves the cut scene kicked off. Not sure if the trigger is broke or what the deal is but easy = 2 waves , normal at least 4 or 5 with no end in sight. It seems to me something is amiss there on normal. At least with my install/variables as none the of 'this is how I won normal setting tactics' threads did it for me as the waves seemed endless.
