I've played the hell out of Mass Effect 2 already. I've reached Level 30 with every class. I was going to create a new gamertag just so I can get all the achievements again but I was unsure if I would have access to it.
Also, can I transfer the Cerberus Network to my new gamertag, or is it permanently tied to my current one?
If I create a new gamertag, will I still have access to the Cerberus Network?

Just use the Cerberus Network on your main account to download anything you need to your hard drive. Each account doesn't need to be linked to the network in order to use DLC. My sister uses the CB DLC, and she doesn't even have Live on her profile.
