I'm stuck in the werewolf lair. I got to the first door where it told me it was locked so I continued into the ruin. I did the altar ritual and got to the end of the lower ruin area where the map is marked "Werewolf's lair" but I can't seem to do anything. How do I get past this? Thanks for any help.

at the end of the lower ruin where you fight a boss, there is a chamber to the right there on the floor is the entrance its covered in water

I'm stuck there... but since 'altar ritual' doesn't sound familiar to me... I guess I need help even getting that piece done. Is it a positional puzzle?
