This concerns Xbox users with wireless controllers. When the batteries die while playing, the game doesn't pause. It just displays a message that the controller has been disconnected. This is especially troublesome during fights, when you can all but watch Shepard die because you can't move him until you change the batteries. Other games I've played pause the game when the controller's signal is lost. Not really top priority but would be nice to implement that game pause.
Batteries low = death

I ran out of batteries once in the middle of a firefight and managed somehow to survive long enough to switch to new batteries and finish the fight. This was on insanity.
But yeah, this needs to be remedied. ME2 is about the only game that I have that doesn't pause when the controller shuts off.

Yeah, that **** gets annoying. Luckily, it never happens to me during fights(yet.)

Yes, this is the first xbox game I've ever seen that doesnt pause when the controller chokes. Luckily I have a plug and play one now so its not as big of a deal, but I'm sure there are some unhappy people out there getting curb-stomped when their controller died in the middle of a fight.

Maybe I'm lucky but my game has always paused when I remove the battery from the controller.

The game pauses when you intentionally remove the battery but does not when your battery dies. It really sucks when you are mid-battle and a dead battery results in a dead Shepard (beating two YMIR mechs only to get gunned down by a Blue Suns grunt is GRRR!!!!), but it's annoying when you are in the Galaxy map and your ship just keeps going and going and going.
I was under the impression that the game pause for dead battery was part of Microsoft's TCR. Yes/No?

Easy way to solve this problem...get a charger, get another battery pack, when the ring on your controller starts showing that it is low on power (green circle deal starts moving) switch the battery pack. Honestly one death shouldn't be so much of a problem anyways.

Have a charger and extra batteries (was too busy playing the game to notice battery life, not to mention that the indicator starts circling at 3/4 power) but it still takes time to locate a fresh battery pack. Thus equalling dead Shepard.
