I am seriously new to not just this game but this site and everything. I can't even figure out how to use search to try to find help so forgive me if this has been answered already. I have the Steam version of Mass Effect 2 and I discovered this downloadable content thing but I have no idea what to do with it. I downloaded everything available (3 items I think) and installed them via the installers (i.e. I double clicked the downloaded files and followed the prompts) but nothing much else has happened. I started up the game and see nothing different. What am I supposed to do?
someone please help with DLC and Steam thanks

when you go to your private terminal either in your cabin or the one at the flight deck you should have mail for each of the DLC you have installed, read and mark as read, they should enable after you have done this, the armour didnt appear for me till after I had been out on a mission after installing, I did the crash site first, everything was there after that.

Recnamoken: The game is fully registered. I was just confused about this DLC stuff. I've never tried it before. I own some other games that have it but I have always ignored it. I thought I would try it just this once.
edit: Again, my newness to the site is really showing. To further answer your question, I accessed the downloadable content through the link provided in the game. It doesn't care about what I may or may not have registered on this social site (assuming that's what triggered your question). I was able to see my content for both of my Bioware games there just from clicking the link in ME2.

I don't see a Mass Effect 2 logo under your avatar. So it's not registered on this account. That's why i'm a bit suspicious.

There I got it registered on the site. Took me a while to find the key on Steam. I'm new to Steam as well LOL.
