Who else thought Grunt was too short in gameplay, all the NPCs say he's huge and when you let him out of the tank he is enormous! But then in combat he's like as tall as a femshep? wtf

He's still young, he will grow into his reputation.

All the NPC's in the game are the same height.

Probably for technical gameplay purposes. He still manages to block my aim like the short bus kid our squad mates are.

If you have your shep stand next to any npc in the game you'll notice they are all approximately the same height as you. Both femshep and maleshep are the same height. The devs probably did that due to technical reasons.
