Carol: Note: This is a general list that can be a cause of such issues; hence, some of these may appear irrelevant to your case, but still I am not excluding anything.1. All credit card information is listed exactly as it appears on the credit card.
2. The credit card expiration date has not passed. (The card is still valid.)
3. The address listed matches what the credit card company has on file. (This is where you receive bills.)
4. The credit card or bank card has a MasterCard, Visa, Discover, JCB or American Express logo on the card. (Regular debit cards may not work.)
If you have confirmed that all the information is accurately listed on the account then you will need to contact your credit card company regarding the issue. They could have a block for use on certain web sites.
If the credit card company has confirmed that there is no issue and you continue to get errors, you may wish to wait 24 hrs before trying again and if it still doesn't work after that time you may wish to use a different credit card.
: I don't think this is a problem with my credit card. I purchased a lot of things via steam with it, and I still am. If the Bioware points is direclty linked to my account, then my credit card information that i am putting in does not match up with the information you guys have concerning my billing information. Where can i doublecheck that my billing information is correct
: As far as i know EA Store is blocking the purchase because the information I am giving does not match up. I purchase plenty of things with my card. It's only this particular thing where I have a problem.
