Yeah had that bug as well. Punced some guy over some edge, but instead of falling to his death, he got stuck on the ledge and the screaming looped it self. Hilarious really.

Yeah had that happen. Pushed a guy off a bridge and hit him with warp. He started screaming but got stuck on a ledge on the way down. I let him scream in terror as I killed all his buddies in front of him until I took pity and shot him in the face.

Happened to me once thanks to shockwave. The merc landed in an area that provided me no means of killing her, so I had to listen to her screaming constantly until the waves of enemies stopped spawning and I could move on.

That's awesome. I had that happen as well but it was on garrus's recruitment mission and somehow he got stuck under the bridge. He didn't stop screaming and i couldn't kill him. It was a nightmare. I had to restart the level.
