Okay on this quest i took harrowmoths side and he wanted me to kill jarvia BUT when i was suppose to get the key to open jarvias base door i didnt get it after i killed the people in battle they didnt drop nothing and now i cant beat the game so what do i do?

Its not something you loot, when you talk to the one leader of the guys you pounded on he gets intimidated and you get the finger bone token from him. Then go try the door? if you didn't then its borked somehow. You should have it.
