One week ago my account here simply stopped working.
My EA account is fine, but it would *not* recognise my username - Lakmoots.
It simply says "this account has been restricted or not recognised".
I have no idea why... I was not informed about any "bad behavior" of any kind.
Oddly, I was able to log in with my EA account and create this new name... but my game registration is still linked to the old username... which is still locked.
I contacted EA support... and am still waiting.
Can anyone help me?
My account was deleted and locked randomly... Help!!!

Yeah, see, I'm not actually sure BioWare or EA support staff actually bother to read this forum or help anybody on it. You might have to e-mail them directly.

EA takes about 48 hours to get back to you. Hopefully they will solve the problem soon.
