Why did they never make a sequel? One of my favorite games of all time. On topic: Squad mates trying to rush bosses on insane difficulty and dying before they get there, or deciding to take cover 30 feet behind me in an alleyway (and never fire their weapons or use abilities) while I am forced to face all the enemies, no matter how much I mash "c."

Me too.  I haven't have and real problems, they all take out the bad guys without my help, just the way I like it.  My biggest problem is I'm not a "shooter" gamer and once in awhile I shoot the wrong person.  They yell at me and I apologize.

I just loved when Garrus was constantly "hiding" himself on the highest crate. :/
