[Isolated Pawn]

I got my DA recently, and I've been playing my first load for 10 hours or more.  My wife wanted to try out a character and a load so I started one for her, but now I cannot load back into my own.  It keeps giving me some grief about having to log in with the owner of the downloadable content.  I installed the Shale dlc that came with my game, its registered to my email, its the one I am logged in with, I got no idea why it isn't lettin me load into it, its kind of frustrating.  When I go to my dlc list it says that it is unauthorized.  How can I fix this?
