[Angry Finn]

1. Meeting Garrus (I jumped up and cheered when he took off his helmet and saw it was him).

2. Wrex Renuion. (Shepard! Shepard my friend!) Good to see him back. One of the cheerier reunions.

3. Yeah, that conversation between the Salarian and his Asari step-daughter really pulled at my heartstrings.

4. That video log on Tali's loyalty quest with the female Quarians' last words to her kid, left me kinda shocked.

5. Joker kicking open the Normandys' airlock and, in his best Captain Price impersination (at least the way I picture it), does his "We! Are! Leaving!" scene. Pure awesome. Got me teary eyed too at that.

1st: When she see Admiral Shaala and gives her a hug.

2nd: Shepard's hug to Tali after discovering her father's fate.

And Wrex.

It was so good to listen that old krogan saying "Shepaaard!!" again...

The romance scene with Jack when Shep touches her face and says "Its alright no more questions" Then they hold each other and she cries on his shoulder. To me that part was when all her emotional defensive walls were finally down and she can finally trust someone for the first time.



The entire end part of Tali's loyalty mission including the hug.

They're right by the Memories of Illium vending kiosk (the souvenir shop that sells the fish)

Illium, by the souvenir shop. Also next to the Blue Rose of Illium and her paramour. They're talking about buying fish at first.

Oh yeah, speaking of the Blue Rose and her Krogan, I loved how they continued it (if you tell her to stick with him) on Tuchanka. That Krogan was such a sweetie. xD

Oh there's quite a few of these for me, not all of em story related. But all brought a smile to my face....

When Joker first showed off the Normandy 2.

My first playthrough, when it looked liked Garrus had been shot.

The first time I saw a Keeper while visiting the Citadel and without even consciously thinking about it, jogging over to scan it.

The massive case of deja vu I had on first walking into Afterlife and hearing the music, (Callista). It bugged me for a week while playing, then it clicked; the tune was originally on the soundtrack of Need For Speed III. A game I used to play all the time in college but I'd not played it nor heard that tune for over a decade till then. It made me all nostalgic.

I found exploring the Normandy wreck pretty poignant too.

Decking Zaheed during his loyalty mission.



Taking Zaheed on Jack's loyalty... his comment when you reach the dorms was... surprising. Made me happy to see he's not a complete jerk.



Oh, and defiantly telling The Illusive Man where to shove it at the end of the game...

There are alot of good ones mentioned in this thread so far, my personal favorites are when
 Joker unvails the SR-2 Normandy for the first time,
and conversing with EDI after her blocks are removed and she starts telling you about how she is the Normandy.
It made me feel like the Normandy went from just being your party camp to actually being one of your party charcters.

Jack's confession about her ex. When I realized the ink, the foul mouth, the violence and the hurdles she made Shepard jump were because she was scared anyone she wanted to get close to would get hurt on her behalf. That kind of kernal of essential human decency that all the misfortune and abuse in the world couldn't destroy.



Plus the Tali Hug which, in the coming years, is gonna be brought up whenever the suject is great moments in gaming. Up there with the Samus-Is-A-Girl reveal and the Fate of Aerith. My words: MARK 'EM!

Reuniting with Wrex.  I didn't like him at first in ME1, but once my fem Shep started talking to him they became close.  He was always part of her team.  Wrex seemed geniunely happy to see Shep rather then **** her out Cerebus or being 'dead' for two years.
