Tali, well she was where she belonged but still.....something would've been nice (geth pieces and whatnot)

Jack's could've been bada** with heavy metal in background and crazy sh** on the walls to match her style.

some of the others are kinda hard to figure out what fits, maybe that is why they avoided it altogether. dunno, but as much as people disliked Zaeed, his room was done quite nicely if you ask me. at least compared to most of the others. 

anyway, agree? disagree? ideas for other squadmates rooms?

I hate that they went cheap on Zaeed and didn't have full conversation options with him, but yeah his little space with all his relics is cool. Plus he's apparently got WALL-E hiding in the back there somewhere.



By the way if Jack started playing heavy metal on my ship I'd eject her into space.

Agree. Thane's room was also mildly personalized because he had his weapons on the wall light-up things. Zaeed seems to have taken up a more permenant residence in the Normandy. Aside from his loyalty mission, I actually like him.

Also, I don't need Jack to play Heavy Metal music. That's what that background player is for.

lol. not a fan of the metal huh? or maybe jack, eh? both?

anyway, i agree on the lack of convos with Zaeed. that actually may have been why the put junk in his room in the first place. so there was some form of pseudo interaction with him. what i noticed was though, that the room itself spoke to his "style" as a character and that wasn't done as well in other areas of the ship.

with Thane, it was kinda like ""well, i need an arid place" Bam! that's the only reason that space fits him. because visually it doesn't at all.

why the hell would it be the equivalent of the ship cook having human entrails hangin in his kitchen? she has pretty much spent the last two years collecting geth pieces for her father. i didn't mean like hanging them as war-atrosity trophies or something.  and also, is there something about the cook i should know about besides the fact that he cleans the toilets before fixing meals?

You know in all probability even the Geth themselves wouldn't view collecting Geth pieces and some grim trophy or body part hoarding, as each Geth body is merely a mobile platform for their true conciousness.

People disliked zaeed? He's my favorite character; most likely to survive even if it means ditching the people you hang with. A perfect renegade, like my character. I have a soft spot for cynical mercenaries/south african safari guides (Jurassic Park's Muldoon, Congo's Munroe, Blood Diamond's Danny Archer).



I hope with ME3 they give the characters simple schedules or at least have them walk around their spaces. It'd be cool to walk in and see zaeed cleaning his guns, or jack having a jam session in the cargo hold. Even better, you could walk into engineering and see zaeed and Canderous Ordo swapping stories.

I think they gave him all that stuff to make up for the lack of conversations. Not that I don't agree with you! I get that Grunt wants to be somewhere out of the way but...in that small cargo hold with his tank? Dude, you can go hang out by the shuttle or something...

Well think about it... Legion goes for a stroll around the ship and walks into engineering, and then he sees this:

Tali leaning over a pile of Geth pieces, covered in oil, eyes wide open with a feral look of madness.

I don't care what the Geth say, I could see fear in Legion's eye.

You don't have a conversation with Zaeed, he has a conversation with YOU. And when he's done talking, he tells you so.

Zaeed actually has more to say than any other character in the game lol.
