Okay so I am in need of a good deal of Element Zero for some Upgrades for me and the Ship. Instead of spending hours checking out every dang system out there I was wondering if any one can let me know which systems or planets have a good deal of Eezo for me to go scan for and gather up. 

So any one know where the Element Zero motherload is at?

The best place is the Micah system in the Valhallan Threshold (Tali's loyalty mission unlock). Inside the asteroid belt are three hard to see planets: Israfil, Farlas and Kakabel. Each are resource rich and have element zero.

Ohhh I found one....Garvug in the Vallahallan Threshold  mentioned above, in the PAZ system.

Only post garden / garden worlds have them. (These worlds have continents and oceans) The rest of the planet types you can save your time cause they don't have any. Eezo is the only element that doesn't spread across the different planet types. Planets like gas giants, rock and desert are pretty easy to spot so you can just fly by them. The other elements like platinum and iridium, most planets have some of them.

So...referencing from the prima guide...here's the list.

Crescent Nebula -> Lusarn -> Tarith
Eagle Nebula -> Amun -> Anhur
Eagle Nebula -> Relic-> Preying Mouth (a gas giant, but as you read the description you will know why)
Hawking Eta -> Schwarschild -> Etamis
Hourglass Nebula -> Faryar -> Daratar
Hourglass Nebula -> Osun -> Erinle
Omega Nebula -> Batalla -> Thunawanuro
Pylos Nebula -> Satent -> Boro
Pylos Nebula -> Satent -> Raisaris (Another exception, but...a story to this planet)
Rosetta Nebula -> Enoch -> Joab
Rosetta Nebula -> Enoch -> Mizraim
The Shrike Abyssal -> Xe Cha -> Tosal Nym
The Shrike Abyssal -> Xe Cha -> Zada Ban
