if i get windows 7, will DA:O run better?

sorry if this is a stupid question; i'm not much of a computer system person...

Most likely no since it is a direct x 9 game, but it would also depend on what type of system you have.

If you're upgrading from Vista, you may notice a slight increase in performance due to 7 managing resources a bit better. Also, if it's been a while since you have reinstalled Windows, you may get a bump just from using a fresh environment that hasn't suffered from "Windows rot".
