Let's face it. ALL of Biowares' DLC for ME1, ME2 & DA:O has been awful. Not one piece of dlc lasting more than an hour, no real rewards, poor value for money. Their free content for ME2 so far has been pointless too (it's free great) although it was still terrible. DA:O Awakening looks too be offering some great content, lets hope ME2 gets the same treatment.
(Emphasis mine) - Sorry mate, but those 3 words alone make me question as to whether we played the same DLC for ME1 or DA:O. Bringing Down the Sky had some fantastic loot, and both Shale and Zaeed are great party members. What problems did you have with them?

have a one way talk with him. There is no interaction. Press play,
thats it. No other teammates exhibit this behavior.
P.s. When is this new DLC(in a couple weeks) coming out?

He's a Merc, maybe he isn't interested in your opinion. especially after his loyalty mission

Zaeed talks throughout the missions though. he has all the same extra dialog that other characters have. and the wheel of conversation was replaced with him describing different trophies and items in the hold with him. No other team member has little trinkets around the room that you can click and they describe.

He also has about 14-16 stories that he tells if you click on him, he tells about 2 per visit.

Irregardless, he is the only one you can't communicate with. Why?

Only reason that makes sense is that Sheps side of Zaeed's dialogues wasn't recorded.

Zaeed was an amazing character. He was however the only one you couldn't develop any relationship with due to his monologing
The monologging felt like "story time with uncle Zaeed". It seemed to kinda fit the personality of the veteran. Some guy who would prattle on about his adventures in a one-sided conversation. We've all meet those kind of people.

It is not my personal view. It is shared by both BioWare and EA. There are two reasons for it...Jagrevi wrote...

Hold on... The Hammerhead is NOT free. I have paid for it. It was part of the deal when I bought ME2 and it was supposed to be out within a couple of weeks. A couple usually means two or a few and we are nearing a month now. If we cross that month then we are talking about a couple of months.
That's certainly one way of looking at it.
Still, if it's coming today - I'm still happy.
The first one is the information from BioWare self about the release of the Cerberus Network. This information was available at the 19th of January 2010. And that information told us exactly what to expect: Zaeed, the Hammerhead and the Cerberus armor.

The second piece of information is EA's so called "Project 10 dollar". The idea is that newly bought EA software will get at least 10 dollar worth of downloadable content and that people who buy second hand software have to pay for it. Examples provided are ME2 and DA:O.
Source: EA's "Project Ten Dollar" explained.

I want you to know, that Rainbow post has got Kermit the Frog stuck in my head. If I can't get anymore work done today, and you'll know why.
Lol - It's our own fault we haven't seen Hammerhead yet then.
Apologies on behalf of the community as a member of it.
Good to at least get confirmation that Bioware Employees are seeing these threads, even if they aren't commenting / not-being-allowed-to comment on them.

Right now it's just ... silence. I hope we get commentary soon, at least one way or the other. I honestly can't see how it would hurt right now compared to saying nothing.
Saying nothing about what's clearly the elephant in the room comes off a bit contemptous of the community, even if it is in actuality just being enforced out of policy.
Of course, if it does come today, as soon as they announce it everyone will let out a big cheer and give them tons of emote smileys and hugs.
They've kind of turned it into an all or nothing situation.

It's not like the expectation ball was the communities creation. Bioware's Twitter OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCED that there would be free content "in a couple weeks".
A Bioware Employee then said here on the forums that it wasn't the armor/shotgun, and that it should be coming this week.
They have their hands in this expectation pie JUST AS MUCH as the community does. They can't really sit back and pretend it was all a figment of our imaginations.

I absolutely love it when people post 'get a life' on internet forums.

I love how developers post in threads like this one without actually giving any new information. It looks like some form of torture.
It's nice to know they're at least reading the threads, though.
