You seriously have to do better than that. If I order a car and the accessoiries with it then I want to know when they arrive and I just don't sit there and pray that BMW will be kind enough to provide them before I buy my next car. You guys have a serious attitude towards your customers. That attitude feels like we have to be happy with the bones you throw to us. Does it occur to you that we have paid money for it (it is included in the deal, you have advertized them and you also consider them part of EA's "Project Ten Dollar").
To whom are you referring when you say "us"? I sincerely hope you don't presume to be the voice of all BioWare customers (or even the unhappy ones). I would like to be excluded from the "us" you're talking about. I can speak for myself, thank you.
Lack of info. Bioware

As the old saying goes; "the customer is always right".
Well, yes in a sense, as long as we acknowledge that we, as the customer, can simultaneously be a self-entitled pricks.
We may always be "right" in asking for whatever, but that doesn't always mean we're reasonable.

I'm a cashier(Dev) at a local grocery store(Bioware) and we just bought out a Shaws and revamping it to be an epic store such as ourselves(DLC). The customers(us) keep ****ing about when it's gonna open.
I alway reaspond with "In a couple months... around spring.... at the beginning/middle/end of the coming month." Personally, it starts to ****** me off because no one has a rough idea how long it'll take.
So I don't care if we don't hear anything for a few weeks. I'll just finish my Insanity playthrough then grind Bad Company 2 until any DLC comes out.

There is a difference between a customer who complains about a product that he he hasn't bought yet and a customer who complains about a product he bought and didn't get. In the latter case the customer has every right to ask when that product will be delivered. If you think the customer is wrong when he doesn't get a proper answer to that question then you have to find yourself another occupation.Mikenator700 wrote...
I can see where the Devs are coming from not giving out a lot of information about pretty much anything.

I'm not saying the customer is wrong for asking; we all have that right. I'm just saying that even if the company isn't even sure when a product will be out then who are we to constantly be asking them about it when we keep getting the same answer. What if Bioware has no clue when the Hammerhead will be out until a few days before they said they'd anounce something at that conference thing?
We should be content with the informatin they've given us already, even if it isn't alot. Hell, we know that the Hammerhead is coming out soon. There's no definite approx date, but it's not gonna be a painfully long time either.
