I have yet to get a response from customer support as far as my game not letting me login. I bought the collectors edition of dragon age for XBOX 360 and now my patience is all but run out. The reason I pay the extra money is to get extra stuff, and it just really sucks when you can get the most out of your game because you cant even log in, eventhough you have a bioware/ea account. I cant download or redeem any codes until it lets me login.

I got my game on tuesday and it is now Friday and im still sitting here frustrated. Especially when a friend of mine's Collectors edition worked for him. So is it my game or what. If thats the case, then what should i do, especially if i can't return it?

The previous  issue i had that i was refering to was when i would g to login at the dragon age main menu, i put in all the correct information, and it just says please try again, Over and Over again. It recognizes that the password is wrong if you put it in incorrectly, but it just won't let me login. Its super frustrating that there is no way around it especially when i try to create an account with four different emails, and which it responds with "display name already in use" even though thats not true. This hinderance does not let me download my codes to get stuff like blood dragon armor and the other 6 codes i have including the Shale mission.

So for the love of videogamers out there, can you please do something, even a response as to let me know that something is getting done to resolve this. Im stuck here with no answers for this...

Im having this issue too and i still have not recieved any help on the issue from anywhere it's like people are just ignoring the problem.

Try adding bioware.com as a trusted site in the privacy section of your browser. That seemed to fix the issue for me. I could not even post before then.

I solved the problem chainging the password, if the password has & r % or $, etc... you can't login frome the main menu. I changed it and now i can. 99% this is this isue hope i helped you.
