yeah that is unnecessary just becuase you like to remain anon behind a computer screen (probably your mothers) its no reason to scould someone elses honesty, and is frankly very immature whos the real loser? ..

@FutureBoy; Before you try to insult me,
know your demographics. MMOs are played mostly by middle-aged fat men
who live off a fixed income (probably due to disabilities caused by
sitting on their fat butts playing MMOs). I'm also in the military
overseas so somehow I doubt that I am using my mother's computer
screen. But nice tired-ass attempt at a comeback. Your special.

Truth can be harsh. MMOs suck and BioWare is all the wiser not making them. It would ruin the franchise, just look at what FF11 did to that franchise. MMOs were good back in EQ days but still was played by fat losers who had no lives and if they had a life to begin with the MMO ruined that. The concept of MMOs was great but then you get 100 people into one "zone" and the stupidity gauge goes off the chart and the fun meter hits rock bottom.
sounds like someone really has some personal issues they need to work on, and its far beyond there hatred for MMO's ....

Wow your so manly firing off insults from behind a computer screen.
I'd hate to see it made into an MMO though. I cant see how they can tell the same story in that environment.

I dont understand why it wouldnt work i mean it doesnt have to follow the current Mass effect story Bioware have created a massive universe with this franchise and im sure there would be a great oppertunity to spin it into another Genre like an MMORPG i think it could work its the only way i could fathom getting to play another species in the mass effect universe and still play a deep involving story line instead of a FPS which is the other route i think they could take ....

do you think you would be playing as SHEP in an ME MMO? NO.
Do you think you would be playing during the same timeline as the ME trilogy? No.
so why are people so freaking emotional and whiney about other peoples ideas? bored childish trolls. seriously, this is a terrible community to be a fan in.

Obviously you've never played DA:O FutureBoy, but I can understand how it would be difficult for you to understand how a developer like BioWare could do anything that is outside of your imagination.

Not saying it wouldnt work. Just saying turning it into an MMO at the expense of the single player game would be a travesty.
Theres alot of other spin off routes they could go, like an action game as an asari commando. Not saying they ideas I like but MMO isnt the only option to play as other races. Personally I'd prefer they stick to epic RPG's though.

Its a good single player game, in fact one of the best. Its strengths are not the same as an MMO would require - at best it would be a mediocre MMO. I know exploring the universe would be fun, with other players especially. However MMOs are different - people skip conversations, don't read simply quest/mission details, want to rush to max level - all the Bioware strengths lie within the factors that most MMO players tend to ignore.
