After I finished this quest, at mission report screen I've received two upgrades:
"Geth Shield Strenght +75%" (I had 2/2 befor the mission)  and  "Tech Damage +50%" (I had 4/5)
and it says "use the lab terminal to research", but the upgrades are not available when I check the terminal.
Is that some kind of bug? Can I fix it somehow?

Are you sure about that? I can't recall getting those upgrades after this mission. I got the geth shield strength after rescuing Tali the first time I played through.

I've downloaded the DLC after I finished the game, btw. Maybe that's the problem.

Because the Geth Shield upgrade is 2/2, the first one is 25% on Tali's mission (I think), the second one 50% (Legion's mission, maybe, can't remember). The one that I receive after Normandy Crash Site, says 75% (kind of 3/2).



But I didn't see the Tech Damage upgrade either, and it's the five upgrade (50%).



I'll replay the mission tomorrow and I'll take a picture.

its a bug, it seems to have affected literally everyone, and I hope a patch will come out asap, as it's a really good bonus to the shields.

I've loaded one previous save game, right after Tali's mission (that's where the first Geth Shield upgrade is, the second is on Legion's mission), so the upgrade from Normandy Crash Site can be second (50%), but I still can get it. So it's not because it's 3/2. The Tech Damage upgrade isn't available as well.

Same thing here. But they are not applied anywhere. I also found a 6th heavy weapon upgrade 6/6 and a 7th that put the percent of ammo for heavy to 105%, however, the 7th did not show up anywhere just like the geth and tech upgrades from the crash site.

I get the same thing too, just downloaded the DLC re-loaded my save and completed the Normandy Crash Site mission again, and I made sure I collected all 20 dog tags but still nothing in the upgrades terminal. Is this a bug?

I was playing with my other character, and this time I didn't received any of these rewards after the mission.

Maybe the bug isn't that you can't find the upgrades at the research station, but that it gives them to you at the mission's report page...

I started game agian with this DLC but upgrades aren't there. It seem's like bug to me. Maybe we do not see it, but maybe it work's.

It's a bug. It happens to me a lot too.

I think it was bugged and they removed it when more dlc came out. I haven't seen it since I downloaded Kasumi. Her mission gives you a tech damage upgrade. Maybe future dlc will give us the Geth Shield upgrade. Although I would prefer a damage protection upgrade or heavy skin weave upgrade in the next dlc instead.

they did one of those mini patches i think. it is one of those patches thaty doesn't stop everything and takes 10 seconds to do its just a mini update. i had the same problem and started another playthrough and it never came up just the xp and resources.
