Press ''Refresh'' next to ''Points Balance'' (when you choose ''Downloadable Content in the main interface), after you have successfully redeemed your code(s). That should do it.

Having a similar problem, except I bought Warden's Keep and got The Stone Prisoner with the game, none of them are working anymore and the game wants to buy them again, wtf?

Only ME2 provides direct download links on that page. Dragon Age should automatically download DLC when you log into the game with the same email address and password as the account you redeemed it with.

There are enough hiccups with the process that is a rather extensive Redeemed DLC Troubleshooting FAQ. Check that out and see if it can help resolve your problem.

As a first step, make sure your Dragon Age Origins Content Updater service is running. Try manually starting it before you start the game.

1.) Press the windows key + R (or click Start and then RUN) and type in services.msc and press ENTER
2.) Locate the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Update in the list of services.
3.) Right click it and select START
