I wanted to link my XBL account to my Bioware account. I found this; https://profile.ea.com/myinfo.do, and was told to add my XBL account. However, when I click add persona and add my XBL account it says it is already taken. My old XBL account name is on there, but I changed it, it has not updated on the site. 

I bought DAO, so want to redeem my armour on ME2. It should be noted my brother used the cerberus code, so I am not connected to it. Going to buy the cerberus network tommorow, so that might make it all work.

That message means the Gamertag is currently linked to a different EA account. EA support is able to move Gamertags between accounts.
