2. DA:O (hopefully + Xpac)
3. ME2
4. ME
5. Jade Epire
6. Kotor
7. NwN + all X-pacs (last place but still loved!)

I think if I were a Star Wars fan I
would've listed KOTOR on top. The fact that KOTOR is one of my favorite
games of all time despite the fact that I hate Star Wars is truly a
remarkable achievement.
I 100000% agree with you on this one. Can't stand anything Star Wars, except Kotor that is.

2. ME2
3. KOTOR
4. ME
5. BG2
6. BG
7. JE
8. NWN
Expansions/DLC always included where available, but no player made content, and Planescape: Torment would top that list, but these are the BioWare games I played. Never touched this Sonic game (and never will *bleh*)

1.-3. Mass Effect 1 & 2
1.-3. KOTOR
1.-3. Baldur's Gate 2
4. Baldur's Gate
5. Jade Empire
6. Neverwinter Nights
Top3 is difficult for me to decide the order. I could find a great reason to put any of those in #1 spot, so...
I still haven't touched my DA:O though I got it day 1 (I bought it on PS3 (first time I bought BioWare game for a console first), but I was occupied too much by Demon's Souls, then my PS3 died and then ME2 came out... but I'll get to it soon)
And never played MDK2 for some reason, though I loved the 1st one.

2. ME2
All I've played so far, can't seem to get into DA:O though, and I missed out on Baldur's Gate considering it was all about Diablo at the time. For some reason the whole 'medieval' thing with elves and dwarves just doesn't appeal to me anymore...

2. Dragon Age: Origins
3. Mass Effect series
4. KOTOR
5. Jade Empire
6. NWN: Hordes of the Underdark
7. Vanilla NWN
Never played Planescape: Torment or MDK II.
KoTOR II was awesome, but unfinished.

Hmm. Didn't know Torment was by interplay.OnlyShallow89 wrote...
Torment was Interplay and KotOR 2 was Obsidian, Zeratul.
And I thought KotOR 2 was produced under Bioware's supervision, at least...? Could be wrong, though.

BioWare appears in all three games, because the game engine was theirs. At least, so I've heard.OnlyShallow89 wrote...
Possibly, but it wasn't a game made by BioWare (it's no more a BioWare game than NWN2/The Witcher).

DAO (easily the winner)
KotOR / Mass Effect 2 (pretty much a tie)
Mass Effect
Jade Empire
BG2
--- below here are games I'm not qualifying as "enjoyed"
BG (never finished)
NWN (tried ridiculously hard to like this game - never did - turns out the combination of my preferring having a party to control combined with hating 3rd ED D&D rules added to a fairly uninspired OC really punished my attempts at enjoying NWN)
Planescape: Torment was made by Black Isle Studios, produced by Interplay.
KotOR 2 was Obsidian.
And let me also add my voice to the fact that KotOR being so high is amazing considering my distaste for most things Star Wars.

2. KoToR
3. Mass Effect
4. Jade Empire
5. NWN (I liked the expansions more than the OC, but not enough to save the game from "least favorite BioWare game" status for me)
I left Dragon Age and Mass Effect 2 off the list, simply because, while I love both games, I feel like it's still too soon for me to decide exactly where to place them on this list. Both are among my favorite BioWare games already, and they would both definitely rank above Mass Effect 1 on my list (with ME2 probably ahead of DA:O), but BGII and KoToR earned their lofty positions on my all time favorite games list after more than a year of reflecting on how awesome they were.
Maybe I'm just weird, but... check back in a year and I'll decide.
Edit: Oh, and I haven't played the others. So... yeah.

Well, the basis of the engine is all BioWare but heavily modified. The NWN2 engine was a BioWare one that Obsidian heavily modified, and I'm not sure how much involvement BioWare had with The Witcher but I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't much beyond helping modify the engine.dark-lauron wrote...

3. Mass Effect 2
4. Mass Effect
--- line of doom
5. Jade Empire. Never finished. Don't know why but I just couldn't get into it. Someday when I have nothing better to do I'll give it another try.

Black Isle, actually. Interplay released BioWare's games too at the time. They were the publishers. BioWare and Black Isle were both development teams. Although the latter was in-house and owned by Interplay, so in a way you're right on that.
Eh, sorry for being nitpicky. I just dislike the idea of such a great game being attributed to such a lousy, mismanaged publisher.
Edit: Aaaand, I noticed MerinTB already covered this. Mental note: Read entire thread. Then post.
