hmmmm, I disagree, I though ME2 was amazing!! So much, I'll even go on to say it's one of, if not the best game I've ever played. However, I'm not gonna bash you, because you bought the game ( assuming you did ), just as I did. I can understand your concerns about some of the RPG features, and buying and selling, even the invetory was a bit vague...there could have been a lot more. But you know what though? Sometimes, in order to make a gem, you have to go outside the box, even if things don't go as planned. You have to take a few risk, now they can decide how to combine the strongest elements from both ME1 and ME2 and put it all together in ME3. However, before that, they had to try something a little different, to have things fall in line better.

It takes a lot of courage to step outside the box, that's why so many other games use the same formula for all their sequels, which isn't a terrible thing, but it makes things stale. The worst thing a person can say about a game franchise is, " If you played one, you've played them all." Like I said, ME2 is amazing to me. I can however understand your feelings. Be patient, and have a little faith, Bioware is gonna add the strong points from both games, and blow EVERYONE away with ME3. Remember, success never comes without fault or a few disappointments.

HEY! Did you get that reply from  me on here or are you just going to try and avoid me you piece of ****. Whatever, arguing with nerds is like aruging with your parents. They always think they are right. Only difference is a nerd uses the computer for sneaky insults that they would NEVER say to me in real life or to my face. Typical loser hiding behind his computer. From the very beginning of the ME2
game, BioWare has put this shiny new option for us, the same character
building BUT with facial changes possibility ? Who came with this
idea? If I would run that place I'd fire him and a lot more with ideas
that made this game lose it's touch comparing to the first. I'll talk
about those after this.

Question. Why create Mass Effect with
the character Shepard without a possibility to change his face or his
last name (that, in my opinion, was a great thing, rather than having a
random different character from player to player, better to have only
one man, the icon, the symbol, it's a great deal to the storyline) and
then create Mass Effect 2 with that possibility (well besides changing
his last name, of course) ?!?

We get used to such an unique
character that is tied to an epic story and now we have the possibility
to change his face. That's just another great idea, I may only assume,
was inserted to make the players feel more special & unique, than
with good old Shepard.

Wtf are you talking about? I can't understand you, you terrible at getting across your opinion.
Are you saying that ME1 did not have the option to change your face?

I quote....

OK for some people that think some of the reason's I wrote there aren't such a big issue, well let me tell you this, a true player likes to experience a game 100% and pays attention to ALL THE DETAILS especially the MINOR ones

Congratulations of making yourself look like a complete cretin. Payed attention to details and didnt realise that you could change your face in ME1?
Oh, and perhaps search in that dormant organ in your head for two minutes. Then you may realise why we can't change our last name.

Oh, and how dare you come on a forum and complain about a game that you have pirated?
You havent replied to any of the people asking why you have not registered, so i'm going to assume your are.

I shouldn't vindicate this whine with a response, especially since the bit about Anderson doesn't totally make sense... but ME2 is a better game, it may not be what you expected, or even what you would have preferred... but its a better game... as evident by the 95 meta score. Some people think David Hasselhoff was a great recording artist, or that Crystal Reports is a great piece of software... doesn't make it true

that score could be biased just because BioWare made it

if a different company made it the exact same way then I bet people would be saying a lot of things differently

Again I need to remind to some of you I made this thread to make my voice heard to a BioWare official, I respect their work because it's a hell of a good work, but I never expected something like this and upon an epic game ...ME2 deserved a lot more ... as I said initially in my first comment, Gothic 3 was the biggest dissapointment of the year because they were pushed to release a lot faster than expected so the game was incomplete, ME2 isn't incomplete, but a little more work on to it should have made a couple of these things if not all I criticise about, dissapear.

The classes play different from ME1 to ME2, so instead of going back to 1 and starting a class that you really do not want to play and moving on to 2, you get to start with a different class on ME2. And obviously, you do not want them to look the same. So, molehill into a mountain.

I see a lot of people want to know if I bought the game or not. I bought it with points that I had on g2play because I purchased other games there too. Now that this problem is settled, what's next ?

sorry you didn't like the Game.I respectfully disagree, this game is a masterpiece...I know I have some issues with the helmet thing but this game from combat mechanics to LI to the story, hands down the best writing this year in sci action games and indeed an improvemenet from ME1 and I love that game. It's not a cheery as ME1 but there so much to discover. I'd suggest to play through again cause this games leaves you wishing you had a time machine so you could speed up time so you can play ME3..

You're complaining about no omni-gel? Please, thank god they got rid of that nonsense. I can understand people being upset about the lack of RPG elements but imo they fixed everything that was wrong with ME1, save for the N7 missions. I wish they put in the hammerhead and gave us some real exploration. Everything else is great. More customization would be welcome as well.
