They are not available to anyone buy Tim.
That said, Gibbed's next editor will supposedly have support for changing your eyes. Go hassle him about it.

I'll try a near full renegade playthrough just for the scars and eyes.

I ment does anyone know if its possible to get hold of a pair of contact lenses for my eye's. Not ingame.

shouldn't be too hard to find red colored contacts but not sure how you would do TIMs.

I can find red ones, pink ones, blue ones, orange ones, green ones, bleached ones, Black wolf, red wolf, heart ones, Micky mouse ones, Naruto ones, Marlin Manson ones and snow flake ones....

I know the ones you mean. Personally Im a big fan of the Black Wolf set.
Closest I can find to ME2 eyes are Itachi contacts from the anime Naruto, which you can get in red and blue

Keep in mind Saren had the same eyes and he was a very bad man
