Tried entering my promo code and it works now.

What about the cerberus network card, I used mine and I got the collectors armor with it. I also read up on it and thats a problem with a few copies of the collectors edition where they had the wrong code printed.

Check that it didn't give you both Cerberus Network content and Collector's armor when you redeemed your code.  Because that is now expected behavior.  That's how they fixed the issue with the cards having the wrong codes.

Go to your Registered Game Promotions Page.  Look for:

Zaeed - The Price of Revenge (Cerberus Network)
Cerberus Weapon and Armor (Cerberus Network)
Normandy Crash Site (Cerberus Network)

If those are present, the Cerberus Network should be associated with your account, and you can just download and install the DLC packages, and then log into the Cerberus Network in game with your email address and password associated with your account.

If you don't have those listed, or for some reason the Cerberus Network isn't working, contact EA Support.  They are really the only ones that can resolve individual code issues.

Um. Sorry for dumb question - but does Steam's Digital Deluxe Promo Key suppose to unlock that collectors armor, inferno armor or incisor sniper rifle?

collector's armor, shotgun and incisor rifle only. not inferno armor.

Hey! It worked now! :-) I was beginning to worry that I payed 60$ for an average videos about "how we created this great game" and a comic with strange art book :-) Well, aside from the fact that all my achievements reseted, I'm satisfied customer :-)

Tried again but not working for me. I had a crash to desktop apparently caused by ME2 and although my redeemed promotions show on my profile when I start the game it does not recognize my blood dragon armor or inferno armor. Sez DLC cannot be verified and it won't let me redeem the codes again. My other DLC shows up with no problem.

Does anyone know where the bonus content from the DDE is?

I can't find the soundtrack, the artbook, the video and the comic.

Someone mentioned a 'bonus' folder in the 'Mass Effect 2' folder but there is none.

I already searched my whole harddrive but it is not found anywhere.

Any ideas where it could be? Thanks for help.

I have been trying to get the Inferno armor code to be accepted and nothing is working. I keep getting this error:

 Thanks, this is all working now.  Now if I can just get the game to stop crashing with my ultra expensive Alienware computer I'd be all set.
