Higher level cap maybe to 60, more missions and not just 'go here and hack this console and leave' mission, I mean so real action stuff, toggle off/on helmet, new armor IF the toggle off/on helmet is there, new weapons, BALANCE in the talent points for your build

Missions. That's it.

I don't want nudity. I don't want gay romances. I don't want another party member I probably won't use. I don't want more guns. I don't want more armor. Basically I don't want anything that just makes what is already there replay slightly differently in such a way that by the time I get to Horizon it has already lost its novelty.

All that stuff would be cool in its own right, but I want something that doesn't require a complete restart to be of any use. I want DLC that I can load up my saves that have already completed the game and done every mission and... well... DO SOMETHING WITH IT!!!!

Hammerhead and more than a few new planet side missions...



An option to choose not to romance a companion from the start! (Hi diary I like/dont like x y or z!)



An option to chase down my back pay, old house etc...



And a steady stream of new missions...

As others have mentioned, I'd like a few missions that had to do with my previous life. Chasing down backpay, or Alliance equivlent of the IRS trying to get some taxes out of me. (Cmon renegade options!)



Also, I'd really like to have an date when these dlcs are supposed to come out. Kasumi, hammerhead I am looking at you

I second this, also, partial Paragon/Renegade points from NG+ games, like how the ME1 Character converter.  

Yeah they kind of dropped the ball with new game+ on these things. I don't mind getting resources the first few play throughs but now I am on number four and just HATE doing it now.

I'd like 10 new distinctively differently looking headware pieces for the N7 armor that do not cover head/hair.
I'd like 10 new distinctively differently looking shoulder pieces for the N7 armor.
I'd like 10 new distinctively differently looking chest pieces for the N7 armor.
I'd like 10 new distinctively differently looking leg pieces for the N7 armor.
I'd like 10 new distinctively differently looking arm pieces for the N7 armor.

Ideally they'd all provide a different bonus and do not clip...

This.  I also want Kasumi and the Hammerhead.  For me, new gear makes the game replayable and simply fuller.  I also want more a few moer guns of each catagory (Id be happy with 2 more of each).

Another thing... If Miranda and Samara can wear awesome heels, why cant the players femshep?

An option to switch between slugs and shot  for the shotguns. 
As it stands I never use the shotguns cause of limited ammo and the need to get within spitting distance to use it with any effect.

More planets to land on/explore

a new pistol or an expanded ammo reserve for the heavy pistol. 
I love the hand cannon but never have the sinks to use it much.

I want.......
1.Some repeatable way to make money, either some sort of arena style combat thing or ability to sell resources
2. A shop that will sell research upgrades that you missed in a mission but in return you have to pay $$$$$$$$$$$$ for them
3.Change it so you have the option to install the IFF so you can get Legion and use him early on.
4. Ability to buy med kits and heavy weapon ammo with resources or maybe just some ship upgrade that restocks them after a mission.
5. Not sure if this hammerhead is going to include this but I want to be able to land on a planet and just roam around like the mako in mass effect 1, It may not be as interesting as a linear side mission but makes the game feel more expansive when you arn't stuck on a straight line mission.
6. And like everyone here more missions,armor, weapons ect ect.
