Those not connected to the Cerberus Network or check the messages may have missed the introduction of a new alien species in the Mass Effect universe the raloi. Considering this is pretty big news in terms of lore, will we get a chance to see the raloi at some point in the future?

Your guess is as good as anyone elses. My guess is possibly since we first get word of the raloi through the Cerberus Network, then we will first see them through the Cerberus Network; again, possibly.

If all else fails, they should be in ME3.

the whole point of introducing them has got to be a set up for having them either in DLC or ME3 (or both).

considering only those with cerberus network would even hear about them, itll probably be DLC from there and not premium.
