least favorite race: batarian
favorite squadmate: grunt for his appearance and rushing style, samara for combat effectiveness with area reave and squad ammo, miranda/mordin for personality

least favorite squadmate: tali
favorite city: ilium
least favorite city: citadel
Favorite mission: Thane's recruitment.  but shephard gone clubbing in samara's loyalty mission is a close second

5.Favourite City?Places: Well The Colletors base, The "Dead" Reaper "Ship", The Geth Base Omega.
6.Least Favourite City: Purgatory,ME2 Citadel and also some parts of the original Citadel in ME1.

Squadmate: Garrus or Tali, closely followed by Legion. Jack and Samara were also favourites, as was Mordin.
4.Least Favorite Squadmate:Zaeed most probably.
5.Favorite
City:Tuchanka due to shops there
6.Least Favorite City:Citadel in ME2-not a bad location, but not as good as the others, and there should be weapons and armor components (maybe even armor) to buy there, being the center of the species government and a huge city, therefore huge trade. While there is the most shops, they mostly have upgrades, and the armor components there aren't even the best.

ME1

1.Favotie Race:Reaper or Turian, followed by Krogan
2.Least Favorite Race:Elcor, so dull. Maybe less dull if seen fighting *hint hint*
3.Favorite
Squadmate: Wrex or Garrus. Tali was pretty bland in ME1, but much better in ME2. Garrus' perosanilty also improved.
4.Least Favorite Squadmate:Kaidan-ugh
5.Favorite
City:Citadel
6.Least Favorite City:Zhu's hope (if it counts)

6.Least Favorite City: ...none stood out as being particularly bad, in fact they were good.  Korlus wasn't all that different from Tuchanka but Tuchanka wins because of Wrex and Urz.
