every time on the final mission i save every1 including kelly chambers but no matter what i do zeead always dies and he's loyal. i put him on my squad(the one you can controll powers and weapons) i put the correct people to lead teams.

 but every time zeead dies and i still haven't got the "noone left behind" acheivement wtf is up with that. so bioware please update the game so i can get it i did everything right but have got it so PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
