That line cracks me up every time Alistair shouts it in the middle of combat. Brilliant, simply brilliant.
Apart from that I'd go with "Enchantment", but Alistairs line is the best IMO.
What's your favourite oneliner?
Alistair: "Is that death you're wearing? It really suits you!" Best oneliners in DA:O

From a panhandler in the Alienage: "My mother is especially dead."
It also cracks me up when you talk to Alistair in camp and he says in a nasal voice, "Something on your mind?" That's because the voice file is clearly taken from one of the Baldur's Gate games.

Sten in Lothering: "Either you've an enviable memory, or a pitiable life, to know nothing of regret."
Sten: Happiness is fragile. Nothing can be built upon it that will last. Only duty endures.
Flemeth: We believe what we want to believe. It's all we ever do.
I hope we get more intelligent exchanges like this in the expansion.

Sten (reponse to your PC's claim that there is wisdom in the Chant): 'Then it should be released into the wild. It is in danger of dying out.' To be honest Sten is full of snarky one liners. The deadpan expressions makes them even better.

Sten is one of those characters, that as a female, give you ample opportunity to pull the plug on him early if you don't give him a chance. Actually spend some time with Sten, realize you have to EARN his respect and he became one of my absolute favorite "people" in the game. Sten is full of win if you give him a listen.
Sten.
some of my fave sten lines:
"If I were indeed hostile, you would be bleeding."
and, even though it seems strange, i laughed for hours at this:
"These mages have an unnatural preoccupation with women holding bowls"
lol Sten is fabulous.

Alistair: "More crazy? I thought we were full up already." God I laughed at that.

I'm not sure who says it (could be Alistair) but there's one battle cry of "Oooooh... in the FACE!" that is said with perfect inflection. So hilariously satisfying right after a successful Pommel Strike.

I particularly like the battle cry that Alistair says, "Ok, who ordered death?!"

Oghren with "Excuse me while I do my happy dance" and, although it leads to a conversation "That damn dog stole my pants!"

When I came upon that line, I couldn't help but wonder if "memory" and "life" should be switched places... seems to me that it would make a lot more sense that way.
Cuz I don't see how having an awesome memory would help you not to regret things, nor how having a crappy life would (unless he means, like, your life is so extremely dull that you've never had to make a decision you would regret).
As to the topic: I like when Oghren says, "What's that smell?!" in the middle of battle.

He means that you have an extremely bad memory or an incredibly lacklustre life to know nothing of an emotion any sentient being should feel at least once in their life.

I don't see why one would envy having an extremely bad memory. As for the lackluster life thing, yeah, that's what I was saying in the parentheses, but I think that's a bit of a stretch nonetheless.
Whereas "enviable life and pitiable memory" makes sense on both counts, IMO.

Morrigan : "Kissing serving wenches, now? Perhaps you intend to roll around in the nearest pig pen, as well?"
"Does anyone else feel the urge to vomit? No? 'Tis just me?"
All of the bird references shale makes are hilarious too.

Zevran is always a hoot. My favourite was after we dispatched an entire horde of baddies, one after another--
"You think they'd run away more"
Morrigan also made me laugh when she woke up after getting knocked out and said, quite truthfully"--
"If you were more careful, that wouldn't happen."

I took "enviable" to mean that you don't remember your misdeeds so you have nothing to regret, and a pitiable life to mean that you haven't done anything worth remembering or regreting.filaminstrel wrote...

Almost everything Alistair says is pure win.
I wish I could have them all in my party at once so that I could listen to all the conversation.

Just about anything Alistair says is gold, still, my fav has to be: after Landsmeet, after making him King he fumbles over his speech and the PC says 'Shut up and put on the crown already' and Alistair turn and says "Makers breath!". That is one of my favs.

Shale (on limericks) "They involve slaughtering pigeons in creative and invasive manners"
Sten (On taking cookies from a fat slovenly child) For his own good. (Uh huh)
Eleanor (HN Origin Mom when you suggest Nan and Dog fight it out) "Don't give mother a headache" Just strikes me as freaking hilarious
