great preview, new spells look suitably powerful.
Also confirms that the talking darkspawn are a unique subtype, not an individual.
Plus we get to see the new Super-shriek (?) onscreen. Too small to be an Ogre. Love it.
Also the Brood definately seem to have at least three different forms.

Erm... guys... I don't remember, maybe it was mentioned somewhere but I missed. Well, are there still 2-specializations only for one char restriction? Or it will be possible to get the third one? 35 levels can take it. In theory. No?
As far as I'm aware, nothing on this has been announced yet. Though with the inclusion of respec potions, it won't matter *too* much. I would like a 3 spec character tho.

We still don't know yet.
But it's either we get a third one, seeing how the level cap is at 35.
Or we respec.
I can't wait for info about the other spells, talents and specilisations. We need them now!

Battle mage ripped off both the Champion and Reaver. At this rate the warrior class will be obsolete by next expansion.
It seems like the Spirit Warrior spec, I think that's the name :/, is hinting at a hybrid damage/support class. Besides, the best team is already 3 mages and a rogue so it's not like warriors are losing anything. They will even probably become more useful with their specs.

And the Legionnaire Scout brings a rogue closer to being a warrior.

How is a battle mage different from an arcane warrior?
I do believe it's more battle oriented spells- not buffing you for melee combat.

Arcane warrior was nice, it made playing a mage rather fun. Shape shifter was pretty much useless really...and Blood Mage was an awesome one for sure!

I don't know, actually - I've noticed that using fire spells seems to break the "freeze" effect. If the fire portion of Elemental Chaos has the same effect...-Jaren- wrote...
Cannot freaking wait to try AW + Battlemage. Hand of Winter followed by Elemental Chaos already sounds broken.

I remember when AW waas first introduced. People were excited, but of course many others said it instantly won't work, it'll be difficult, it'll be extremely weak, and not worth all the hype. They were proven wrong on all counts.
So at least wait until the thing comes out. It's one thing to speculate, but some many are taking what little info we got and assuming every bit of funtionality.
Now, I agree with miltos33 in that AW & BaM would go well together. As s/he said, the only spell that drains mana is the Shimmering Shield, and that does not always need to be up. Plus, you gould deck yourself out in all sorts of armour, and still use spells. That was the main complaint of many, that AW limits spellcasting.
But of course, this is all speculation on how it might work.

Oh, don't worry. I'm sure the Spirit Warrior and Guardian will knock your socks off.

My Mage is an Arcane Warrior/Spirit Healer with points stacked to the brim in Willpower. It's pretty close to god mode if you know what you're doing.
I'm very glad they're making rogues more combat viable.
The new Spirit Warrior spec actually has me greatly considering making a warrior.

I would like to add that I never found the Warrior clas obsolete. While we gotta do all this crap to be some sort of "mage-tank", they had all the skills right for the job. I never felt like I was taking over Alistar's job. We can do his job great, he can do his job easier.Ahisgewaya wrote...
