SOOOOO. I got to the point where I'm actually romancing Morrigan, we can talk about "us" and what not, and had a few convo's in camp about how she's apparently fallen in love (in so many words) and when she tried to break it off for both our sakes I just selected the "your worth it" or something dialouge and even at 100 approval its still going strong. I was trying to get her to 100 to see for myself if she breaks it off, and no doubt she trys but you can stop her. She even says "your impossible blah blah blah this will end badly you'll see" or someit.

So at 100 approval I can still "kiss" her, and when I tried the tent thing, she refused and said she didn't want to talk about why. And when I dropped it below 100, she was errrr... "willing".. again.

But yeah, I'm not trying to be perverted. I'm OCD when it comes to dialouge trees and potential relationships (Alistair would make a ****in' friend in the RL and some of his higher approval convo's are deep and immersing). I just for the most part wanted to see if you could actually date morrigan, and by all accounts you can. She even smooches you in public once she hits "love" to Leliana's disdain. These relationships are deep, even Sten opens up after awhile and totally adds to the immersion. There are limitless possibilites with this and It makes camp quite fun getting the most out of what everyone has to say. Very interesting.

The romancing part was fun, but it was even more fun gradually dropping her -- she was ticked, which was fun to see She's such a condescending and critical **** that it felt very nice to let her go, but in a way that didn't give in to her desire for a confrontation.

Only thing that bothered me is breaking up with her when she wanted to call it off caused a -25 approval drop. Thats is what the stuck up **** wanted. dunno why she'd be upset...

Actually you are very wrong. Morrigan knows EXACTLY what she wants... and you're not in it. Maybe it's true for all those other women you met too?

Haha. could be. Few women can resist the scottish accent though, so i doubt it.

Just clarifying, Morrigan won't sleep with you at all after you discuss love. Like, I started a convo on why she didn't want to, and it all got a bit awkward. I explored all the trees, and settled on "do you really want to go?" (summit like that), and she says she wants to, but she doesn't (etc.), and the impression it gives is that she really loves you but is unsure about the whole thing. She begs you to end it. There are three outcomes here:



You say that you don't want it to end, and she calls you a selfish bastard and says you'll regret it. No approval loss though, so maybe she's okay with carrying on. You can also say that you can't end it while she stays, and then either make her leave or stay. If she stays, you get the "selfish bastard" response as before, but with -5 approval as well



You say you want to end it, and you lose 15 approval, even though she says she's happy (riiiight...)



Or you call her insane. Don't know what happens here, I personally don't want to ****** off the second-biggest damage dealer in my party like that (the biggest being my stick-skinny, strangely woman-like elf duelist/assassin)



Either way, I get the feeling that, at least at that point, she doesn't want to leave you, even if she won't join you in your tent.

It's not like she wouldn't want you if she is in love with your PC, but she knows that she can't have both the Old God baby and you in the end so she tries to keep her distance. At least that's how I understand it.

If you call her insane, she says it's because you are making her so and there's no influence loss if I recall depending on your previous conversation option choices.

But yeah, the impression I got was that she's in love with you but struggling with the way she was raised by Flemeth with the whole 'love making you weak' thing.

Nah even if you don't follow the ritual at the end, it says she was still pregnant.  My guess is that she got pregnant from sleeping with the warden earlier and the part of the ritual that ensured pregnancy was negated since she was already pregnant.  That or she's gonna end up having twins with the god power split between them.
