i ordered my copy of DA:O from ebay on sunday. while waiting for it, I looked up more details about it online to get a feel for the various DLC items available. i noticed the journeys items and decided to give it a go. i played far enough through to unlock the amulet of the war mage and embri's many pockets. however, when i got DA:O last night and put it in, embri's many pockets wasn't part of the DLC. i went back to the Journey's web page and loaded up my game and it took me to where i had left off which was well after I saved the warden and he became a member of my party, but it told me i didn't have access to the embri's many pockets anymore. is there a solution to this problem?

I'm not sure based on your description whether you're playing DA:O while connected to Xbox Live, but there is a known issue with DLC licenses and the DA:J unlocks when the DA servers can't be contacted. The following thread discusses the issue in more detail:

i've read that, and it doesn't apply to my situation. i unlocked the embri's many pockets item on sunday, and locked back into journeys last night right where i left off on sunday and now the item is no longer available. it's as if i never unlocked it at all even though i clearly did since i have the warden in my party.

I have the same issue. I get a can't get DLC info error everytime I try to download it. Bioware,any tips?

bumping this to the top and explaining again what my situation is in hopes to clarify what is going on: i played through journeys far enough to save the grey warden and get to the city. by doing this, i should have (and originally did) recieved embri's many pockets. i get my copy of dragon age, load it up and notice that that item is not there. i go back to the journeys game and it loaded up right from where i had left off, but it told me that i never saved the warden which made it so that i didn't qualify for that item even though i clearly did save the warden since he was part of my party. my xbox is always connected to live, so the other thread does not apply here. i don't get any sort of error, the item is just locked again after i'm at a point where it can never be unlocked again. any help?

you might as well start a new game in Journeys again from the beginning. it's not that long. make sure to always log in to your EA account and save often. I played Journeys the other day and sometimes the EA servers would go down for a few minutes while I was playing the game. you can tell when you try to save. when that happens only auto-save is available. I had to wait until later to connect again. you gotta make sure you're connected when you get the achievement or it might not count
