Notes and Summary: Because I love this game, this fanfiction is based on a complete game playthrough
This is (going to be) the whole story of Griffith Amell. Big project, I know.
I changed and will change quite some things and added/ will add a lot, but it's all far from being AU. Spoilers for the whole game are/ will be included, some passages more elaborate than others. It is very focused on a proper character development (not only of the main character) that is much more elaborate than in the game itself, expecially relationship-wise and deals a lot with the conflict of magic and the balancing act between
staying sane and falling apart.
Partly dialogue is taken from the game but mostly from NPCs only and often more or less altered. When you write down a playthrough it's just inevitable to use some of the given lines.
Warnings: This story also contains M/M relationships. This story starts with the depiction of such already, not because this whole thing is made to be a pure love story, which it is not, but rather because this relationship and its circumstances are essential for character development. It's not the sole main focus in this piece of fanfiction it won't be even though it is an important part.
Honestly, I am not sure how explicit everything will get in the end but at the moment it's nothing to graphic so that it's impossible to bear even though it's not your cup of tea. However, it's likely that it will become graphic at some point of the story when I think it would be fitting.
