question i want to see the end. but i haven't done jack personal quest. is whoever i team her up with going die as a result? everyone else is loyal

always pick loyal squadies over non loyal, use samara/morinth to keep the barrier up instead of jack.

No, at the end all unloyal get swept to death, you find jack dead on thr floor in a cutscene. If you take her to escort the survivors, they all die, if you take her to the final battle, she either falls to her death or is crushed by debris.

No. It has a lot to do with who is your sqaud leader at the time. Try to choose Miranda, Jacob or Garrus to be the second fire team leader. Do not use mordin. He is not a Tech specialist and is more or a hybrid. Tali or Legion is the best option for the vents, so long as they are loyal.
