I'm dissapointed not to see any fixes for the imported descisions being wrong. I'd also like to see the WSAD key function in the menus.

I noticed the grunt loyalty bug isn't on the list =(
Also, when people talk, their voices cut out halfway through what their saying sometimes.

I think that's because of CPU overclock.

My CPU isn't overclocked and I still run into that grunt loyalty issue if I import my ME2 character.

I'm sad there are no fix for the clipping issue and the heartbeat during loading time. But hey, it's still a nice and welcomed patch.

I absolutely agree. The texture clipping / flickering is an issue they should really try to fix. It happens a lot on Tuchanka and in the final level of the game and I've seen in in countless youtube videos so it's a general and widespread problem.

I've also seen it in cutscene-movies...so it's impossible that Bioware missed it.

My CPU is overclocked and I don't run into that issue.

my biggest issue is that i cant finish the game with 100% loyalty because my game crashes when i try and do miranda's and numerous other side missions with no real explanation first i had the loading crashes which single core users were getting but i have a Quad core so WTF is going on !

the game is so good but i don't want to finish it with my ME1 character unless i can get 100% completion and these game breaking crashes are stopping me so hopefully this patch will fix these problematic crashes :)

The most annoying problem with overlapping your squad ammo power by teammates own ammo is not fixed...i don't care about anything else for now.

Mine is too, but I have heard some skipping issue on conversations is CPU overclocking related, but this seems not be the case. I don't have issues like that myself, but I have read about it.

Same here,  had some crashes not really annoying in my experience, I've seen far and far worse release "bugs".

Indeed. As TSAdmiral says though, this seems to be more of a "mission critical" kind of patch. Hopefully they'll be able to do a little polish on the scripting & clipping once they clean up this more gamebreaking stuff.

The only 2 things I miss from the patch:

1. J and U hotkeys

2. Removable DLC helmets

What about fixes for levitating on boxes and not being able to get off ...?

I encountered this on more than a few occasions. Heck, even my NPC squadmates got stuck this way. The problem was that it was never truly predictable as to when it would hapen and I found out the hard way that not creating a save point all the time meant I might have to redo an entire portion of the game. This glitch definitely should be on the high[er] priority list. Is it a game breaker? No, but it's up there in terms of its nature and the problems it causes. I finished the game so it does not make completion impossible. It just caused numerous instances of elevated blood pressure at the fact that it exists and was never apparently caught by QA before the game was released. I just find it hard to believe none of the game testers ever ran into the glitch.

Overall, minus the "walking on air" bug I really can't say I encountered other bugs that people have encountered. There are a few issues I did notice but they are more what I might call editing abnormalities. Say you romance Miranda and you had cycled her to her alternate uniform. She's back in the original for the "romance". When doing loyalty missions with some characters while interacting the third squadmate just vanishes (ie the Thane loyalty mission) and you don't know where they vanished to while in other missions you can see the remaining squadmates in the background during gameplay and in-game movies. Most problems I found were editing things that were overlooked, IMHO.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to a patch for the game and future DLC.

I hear ya both. While I really want a fix for imported choices, I somewhat expected that they would take care of other issues first. Hopefully they'll keep a trickle of patches coming down the line so that we can reap the benefits as problems are solved.

To play devil's advocate and qualify everyone's enthusiasm, I would like to note that since Bioware started console development, patches have been far rarer. I do not expect the enormous amount of support poured forth for games like Neverwinter Nights again.

Were you able to complete Jerrahe station, or does the purple light still crash you? I have an infiltrator that is put on hold because he forgot to save earlier, and is stuck on Jerrahe station. The workarounds I've seen when I googled the issue do not seem to work.

Or could add a fake extension to the "BWLogo.bik" and "ME_EAsig_720p_v2_raw.bik" in the MassEffect2\\BIOGame\\Movies directory to make them not play ever again (such as "BWLogo.bik.old" for example).

Though I still fail to see why some companies are now insisting on not letting us skip those.

I'm also a bit disappointed to not mentioning larger issues (such as constantly getting stuck on ceilings) or fixes that should be very easily fixed (like just adding a skydome to Garrus' loyalty mission), but the fact that we're finally getting a fix for at least some issues is always good news at least. :)

- Fixed video hitching and crashes related to single core machines.

Now if you guys could just have this same patch for people having these issues on quad core machines along with the game losing all your achievements when you recover it from a crash and it has you log back into your EA account again, I would love you long time! Don't forget your PC roots Bioware

Those links should prove useful going forward. But in part the reason why I brought them up is that those are things better left for official action. I know it's a game from Bioware published by EA, and I no longer care to see either logos every time I wish to play. And pirates will especially not care to see it, so if no one does, why force us--without tampering--to watch it?

That goes doubly for the loading videos. They're videos that do not allow the game to progress even if it's done loading far in advance of the video finishing.

Is there any chance that a new DLC pack will come out on the 22nd along with the patch? ME2 is an Awesome game; however it’s not nearly long enough for the price. You really only have one mission after You collect all of Your Team members. I hope that ME3 will be long enough to justify purchasing it when it hits the stores in 2011/2012.

I know this is off-topic, but I do not understand why you think this.  Other than DA:O, I can't think of any recent games lasting as long as ME2.
