I just noticed that her collarbone constantly changes.
In the 'default' dress it's straight, in the rogue uniform it angles downwards sharply, and in the warrior uniform it's invisible.

actually, I haven't noticed that there was a collarbone, but strangely enough, nothing happened to mine when I checked, will look at it again

I think its armor based, each one that has a bare chest has a different look. The Dalish female elf has yet another variation.

the women seem so scrawny.. amazingly thin biceps... I guess that won't matter once you get different armors and can't see the flesh. And everyone's arms look like they are too long.. the fingertips look like they are right above the knee.

And dont forget that female characters hardly got a bud, and got way to broad shoulders (and it's not because of muscles).
