Has anyone else noticed that the symbol you see on the walls of Purgatory  reappears during Jack's loyalty mission?   It's on those tanks they used to bring in the young kids..

Does this have any greater meaning, or am I just crazy?

Hmm didn't notice that before, most likely means cerberus bought slaves/prisoners/whatever from purgatory to experiment with.

Could mean something, but they probably just reused the model of the cells without thinking about it.

That would be a strange coincidence though.

So, would that mean Purgatory had young children as prisoners?

Well we know that Purgatory sells prisoners as slaves and that the Cerberus facility bought enslaved kids from Batarians. It could be the symbol from a Batarian slaving cartel if it has any meaning at all. I don't see conspiracies everywhere, but if there really is a connection, then Batarain slavers is the most likely one.
