I can't log into the forum..I don't have any characters in the user name or password...just letters and a few numbers...thanks for the suggestion..maybe a translation of the e mail would give a clue..

I feel your pain, this exact thing happened to me with my Ubisoft account.



If you can delete your account and then recreate it as Monica suggests, then I think it is probably the best way to proceed. However, you would of course be stymied if you have to login to do it!



If you still haven't tried an alternative browser, then I think maybe its time...

Translates to...Oeskan just had a comment to create your newsfeed Action....so much for the password recovery.  I really don't understand what's going on...but thanks for the help .. and sympathy..

Sorry - a browser is simply a program that allows you to browse the web. Microsoft bundles Internet Explorer and arrogantly calls it The Internet, but it is slow and buggy. Both of the browsers I have mentioned are far faster and better behaved.

Oooo...hallo hallo. Monica21 kindly pointed me in the direction of this post.



Sometimes this stuff happens. ISPs will blacklist the IPs of my servers because it sends out a veritable crapton of automated emails each day and the ISPs just say "hey look! they send a lot of email...they must be spammers!". I've given up trying to get whitelisted on all of them.



If you can't receive email from me sometimes I won't be able to receive email from you, so it's all just one unlucky turn of events. But I'm here now!



The way things go is that if you don't validate your account within 24 hours it gets deleted so what I recommend is signing up again and letting me know your username so I can validate the account for you. If the account is still active for some reason just let me know the username.



For future reference for anybody else if you can't reach me via email then you can always PM me here. I really should update the staff pages with contact links for the various official forums and what not. Good idea

I never got the 1st validation e mail..and it just went downhill from there..I used the link to you, on the Staff page of Nexus..but, you got something, cause ... here you are...yippee..



Do you want me to go sign up now..The user name will be Taarnah...without the 123. I can't get too far since once I click "submit" the next page gives the errors...Should I go to the web site, fill in the lines and wait???

Clicked the Validation link...the Nexus site gives me a error....."Sorry, that member does not have to validate their account. Please double check the data you have entered. If this validation isn't recent, it's possible your old account has been removed."



I tried to log in and it tells me "you must be registered before you can log in"....here we go again....

Just tried to log in again.....got a..."passwork incorrect" notice. And it's not...I wrote the blasted thing down this time, along with user/email....what is going on.....

It's 5am here..I gotta go get some zzzz's..Dark One..thanks for trying, but I guess the cyber monster got this one....If you validate and it still won't work...what's left.

I've reset your password and tested it, I can login fine. I've sent the password to your social site account. As your ISP seems to dislike emails from my sites don't change the password as you will need to revalidate your account...and we'll have the same password all over again!

Ive used IE for 10 years now.Never had a problem that wasnt fixable.IF you have cookies blocked then you wont be able to login.It might be your ISP but i cant see that happening really as they arent in the habit of blocking random IP's as far as i know.Bad for business.You can always try to validate from another location.Ive done that before too and it works.

Just went to Nexus as per Dark Ones post...logged in using exactly what I used at registration. Clicked..next page......OOPS...there's a mistake.....INCORRECT PASSWORD....go figure..



You've all had such good ideas and suggestions..With Dark One resetting the password, and it's still giving error messages...With the earlier, "forgot password" reply being shown useless...fubar.....

Yep...didn't even see it.  It was called an "update" but was the PM....I'm off to NEXUS...

When i want to register the form states that my email is already in use. Great, but I never registered before, so what happened i don't know. But no way to log in because I have no username. And there is no way to retrieve except your password (why you can retrieve a password but not a username is a mystery to me but whatever). Someone can help??

ok  so on dragon age nexus i keep makeing an account and i cant get any confirm letters in my email i have tried asking the dudes why and they havent replied im getting unpatient!! there makeing me mad! i really want the more hair choices and colors soooo bad plz hepl me!!!! thank u!
