I'll be in the minority here - but husks and varren. On normal difficult they're not too bad, but once you get hardcore or insanity you simply can't shockwave them all to death because of all their stupid barriers and armor. They become significantly tougher for that reason

Playing on insanity it would without a doubt be praetorians. Their beam attack drops your shields instantly and on Horizon I was forever storming out of it's way and getting 'magnetised' into cover position while still in it's direct line of sight.

Personally, it's a draw between the Praetorians and Scions for me too. Praetorians with that damn regenerating shield..



Husks were easy, just shoot 'em in the stomach and they explode. Flamers as well, just toss an incinerate at them and they go boom!
