What do you think about having multiple loyalty abilities on Shepard?

Furthermore: What would you think about being able to be a soldier with all combat abilities and all ammo, or a Biotic with all 10 biotic skills, or an Engineer with all 10 engy skills?

Not really, simply because there's not enough points to spend to make it worthwhile and unless all you're grabbing are the ammo passives, it will be eating into your cooldowns too much.

It would be more pointless than overpowered.

If you mod the .ini to have a givetalentpoints command then it would most certainly will be. Generally speaking the check and balance of bonus skills is the fact that you effectively have to sacrifice progress in one of your vanilla skills.

Nope, I wouldn't consider it overpowered. I don't mind having multiple bonus talents at all. I just wish other class talents were available as bonus talents.

For me, yes, there's all ready too few skill points to go around and it makes for an interesting choice when you can only add one power.

Yeah, considering how on some classes I question the need for any loyalty power at all I don't see how having two would be that big a deal.

Not having to pick between an offensive power and Geth Shield Boost though, or Tungsten Ammunition and, say, Neural Shock though... When you could pick up a no-point wonder, that would make it overpowered if you chose to do it that way.

There would be so much redundancy since most players take a bonus talent to make up for what they may lack.

I think Shepard wouldn't be overpowered

You can only have one anyways so problem solved.

Would be nice if there's an option for additional weapon and armor training. Could use assault rifles later in the game with an engineer. :P

I honestly stopped using them. I find the classes have better synergy with their built-in powers. For my 'caster' classes, I'll grab 1-point warp ammo, since it's the most versatile ammo. For the 'soldier' classes, I'll grab a utility skill, but I don't really use it much, since with just 1 point they tend to be bad.

You can do this already - Collector ship mission.  It lets you choose a shotgun/AR/sniper proficiency, or a powerful weapon if you're already able to use those types.

Meh.  As a Vanguard with Reave, I've already got too many cooldowns to worry about.  Unless they're the passive ammo ones, in which case yeah - no point.

This.  I have too many other things to worry about without an additional power clogging up my bar.

I do think that your own set of powers for each class beats any bonus skills anyday...so I dun fret over what I choose, I just pick one that I feel like using.

So having 2 means...well, having too much garbage in my battle tool bar.

I don't like that idea.

If you'd ask about a group of class-skills each different class could choose one from, I'd agree.
