I didn't attempt to make better gear, I simply tried getting exact or the closest stats to DLC Armor sets.  Note I also used the Dr. Pepper DLC Head pieces to get most of these.  Feel free to post your conversions and if you have anything closer then this, please add those too.  

Terminus Attempt:
Sentry Interface
Shield Harness
Asymmetric Defense Layer
Offhand Ammo Pack
Stimulator Conduits

Storm Speed of 10%, Ammo pack of 10%, Shields 10%, Health 5%

Blood Dragon Attempt:
Umbra Visor
N7 Chest Plate
Amplifier Plates
Heavy Damping Gauntlets
N7 Greaves

Shields of 8%, Power increase of 13%

Inferno Attempt:
Death Mask
N7 Chest Plate
Amplifier Plates
Heavy Damping Gauntlets (couldn't think of anything useful)
Stimulator Conduits

10% Negotiation, 8% Power Damage, 10% Storm Speed, 5% Shields (really had no other ideas :/)

Collector Attempt:
N7 Breather Mask
Capacitor Chest Plate
Asmmetric Defense Layer
N7 Gauntlets
Stimulator Conduits

10% Shield regeneration delay decrease, Storm Speed 10%, Health 13%.

Cerberus Assault Armor Exact Replica:
Sentry Interface
Aegis Vest
Asymmetric Defense Layer
Heavy Damping Gauntlets
Ordnance Packs

10% Shields, 10% Health, 10% Heavy Ammo capacity

You can get the shields higher on your Inferno Attempt. The Shield Harness on Tuchanka gives 5% to shields.

EDIT: Nvm, just forgot about Inferno bonuses.
