Having completed the game with a male Shepard, Im curious if some things play out different as a female Shepard? Not just the obvious minor referenses to gender in the dialogues and the romance options. But something more noticable. Maybe how some NPC's treat you, or if there is some completely different dialogue options available as female in some situations?
