So I was reading through the ME wiki and I found something that caught my eye on Zaeed's page.
"Shepard can leave Zaeed to die in flames (making him one of the few characters — including Samara and Grunt — who is able to die outside the suicide mission)."
Where can you get Grunt killed before the suicide mission or is this a mistake?

Well if you read Grunt's wiki entry, it explained that. Apparently you can kill him when you release him from the tank.

Actually I don't think u can. I did it on my last playthrough and you just shoot him a couple of times but he just flinches and shrugs it off.

You can't kill Grunt, but you can leave him in the tank.

I didn't know this either. It's not explained how you can kill Grunt on the Wiki page, but I checked the Discussion section and, while the people there aren't exactly sure either, someone mentioned that if you leave Grunt in the tank until later on the game you might have the option to kill him. I'm gonna try it, since I just started my Sentinel playthrough. Of course, it also said you can shoot him without killing him when you first release him, and while that's confirmed on the page, I've never been given that option, although I may have missed it due to conversation choices (beaten the game four times now all different ways, figured I would have seen it).
