I'm playing through again to gear up for the new expansion. I want to build a Arcane Warrior. I was curious to know what the best party is for an Arcane Warrior

I was thinking 

Me (AW)
Alistar (tank)
Wynn (healer)
any rouge



Thoughts?

Also can an AW wear the blood armor?

An Arcane Warrior can wear any armor given their magic matches the strength usually required to wear armor.



Since Blood Dragon Armor needs 38 strength on a warrior, you would need 38 points in magic, for your Arcane Warrior to wear Blood Dragon Armor.



Although, DLC won't carry to the expansion, so you might want to use something else like Wade's Dragonbone Armor, or the Juggernaut Set.

That party should work ok but you might want to add some more offense. Leli as an archer-focused ranger is good or maybe swap in Morrigan instead and have three mages in your party. I suggest this because the arcane warrior usually ends up serving as a tank and while having two tanks is not a bad idea, you will need someone to do damage and mages are pretty good in this respect.

But whatever you do, you are going to have a good time. I recently completed my first game as an arcane warrior. I am about to begin my second game and am considering using three mages and making them all arcane warriors! That's how much fun they are!
